NZ's Restaurants Industry Recognition Event 'JASHN' by IRANZ

IRANZ is a community for Indian Restaurants in New Zealand. Like any other organization, IRANZ also believes in recognizing its eminent employees who work tirelessly and contribute to the success of their respective working restaurants. For effective management, recognition of the deserving employees has long been the cornerstone.

Today, creating a recognization program is a crucial part of any organization, as it depicts how valuable the employees are to the organization, as there is a competition amongst the employees and the desire to thrive amongst each other.  Just like IRANZ is all up for standing for its member Indian Restaurants and supporting every Restaurant in every way possible, in a similar manner, JASHN is also another initiative to support the employees of the respective Indian Restaurants of the industry. As the name suggests, JASHN, which means to celebrate, recognize, and appreciate every hardworking employee all year-round.

Celebrating the hard work of the employees is a great way to show them that their effort does not go unnoticed. They are also motivated to give in their heart and soul and dedicate themselves to their work. Moreover, when employees are happy in general, growth in the workplace follows shortly.

IRANZ understands that recognizing the hard work of their member Restaurants matters. It is natural human psychology to crave appreciation for the work we do, and from a tender age, every individual wants recognition. Whether it is from their teacher at school or parents at home, every child desires recognition for the excellent work. And, a night filled with fun, frolic, and awards is a great way to encourage high performance amongst employees, increase employee engagement, and retain the topmost talent.

JASHN is all about celebrating the success of the vision and mission of IRANZ­­. And, that would never be possible without the dedication of every employee of each Restaurant. So, it an evening dedicated to the fellow restaurant owners, their respective teams, their chefs, other working staff, the suppliers, and every other individual who works tirelessly to give meaning to the evening of celebrations. The employees also feel valued, appreciated, and respected, when they see that their hard work is also not for vain.

It is also essential that the employees also feel good about the time and effort they put in every day. Showing that their hard work is not for vain gives them the satisfaction of appreciation. It is pertinent that they feel good about their work and the workplace, and take the same happy feelings with them back home, after work.  Positive and happy vibes in the workplace transmit into a happy and peaceful environment at home.

There are awards for various categories, and the judges are from a completely different and independent panel, ensuring that there is no favoritism. Expect to witness eminent figures in the recognition night, and some recognized speakers of the community address the crowd. Various local and government bodies are also present for their respective recognitions and representations.

Recognization of the deserving employees of each Indian Restaurant, celebrating the success and hard work of every Indian Restaurant, appreciating every team, associates, and every other individual connected with IRANZ; this is one evening dedicated to the success of IRANZ, all together as a family. After all the merry-making, fun, and frolic, good food cannot be left behind. When IRANZ is a community for Indian Restaurants, how can there not be the best food? And, not to mention there are also unlimited drinks on the house, as a part of the annual celebrations.

Unlimited drinks, good food, endless fun, and merry-making and recognizing the deserving and hardworking employees of the organization, is what completes the entire evening of JASHN.
